Identifies upcoming repair or replacement needs to avoid unexpected expenses.

Reviews how well Pool Rules are being enforced and followed. Suggests updates to improve resident enjoyment.

Serves as a point of contact for residents’ suggestions, concerns, and feedback.

Observes recurring Safety Issues, reports Hazards, and recommends Improvements.

Evaluates performance of the Pool Maintenance Contractor and makes recommendations to the Board regarding service quality.

Provides informed recommendations on issues like Guest Policies, and Operating Hours.

Helps the Board make informed decisions for extending the life of one of Ocean Club’s most valuable and heavily used Amenities.
