The Legal Committee meets on an ad hoc basis and reviews contracts, documents,

statutes and association governing documents at the direction of the Board of Trustees. 

The function of the Legal Committee is to provide the Board of Trustees with input and

recommendations in order for the Board to more effectively interact with the Association

attorneys. The Legal Committee does not provide legal advice to the Board, that is the

exclusive providence of the Association’s retained attorneys.
