The Ocean Club’s Library welcomes all readers! The Library, which is located on the 6^th floor of Tower One, is maintained by a full-time resident. It operates on the honor system; there are no book check-out procedures or timelines in which to return borrowed books. Please place returned books and book donations on the desk.

Books are organized into categories and are in alphabetical order by author, then title. Categories include: General Fiction, Horror Fiction/Spy Novels, Humor, Kids’ Books, Light Mystery, Mystery, Non-Fiction, Romance, Horror/Science Fiction; and Sci Fi/Fantasy. There is also a large print section, which is diverse. Books donated by OCCA Book Talk authors are also shelved by category, authors’ last names, then title – please look for green dots on these books’ spines.

Because the Library receives book donations from residents, which are generous and appreciated, our selection is frequently updated. (Current magazine donations are also welcome.) All categories are acceptable; please make sure that the books or magazines you donate are physically clean. Please limit donations to three to five books per donation.

All books donated to the Library become the property of the Condominium Association. We ask you to treat these books with extra special care.
